CD4503BCN Overview


Logical driver uses a neat DIP package. All of the 2 elements are put into use. 16 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. In the 4000/14000/40000 family, the electric component belongs. 16 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE LOW control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 4μA. 4 bits are included within the electrical component. Logical driver features ONE FUNCTION WITH TWO BITS to better serve the need. 6 channels for high quality communication. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 19.95mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -8.2mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 3V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 15V. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC.
