CD74HC14MT Overview


Due to its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A Inverter logic principle governs its operation. A voltage of 2V~6V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Temperatures around -55°C~125°C are extended for operation. The part is mounted in Surface Mount. High and low output current states are both 5.2mA 5.2mA. The 74HC series contains it. A total of 14 terminations have been recorded. In addition to 6 functions that significantly boost the user experience, the part includes 6 other features. There is a chip in this package that is a part of HC/UH.
