CD74HCT32M96G4 Overview


As the part is packed in SOIC, international shipping is convenient. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There are 14 terminations totally. 4 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. The chip is part of the HCT family. An injection of 14 pins is performed into the body of the part. Logic devices with Surface Mount mounting are widely used in many applications. For details about the functions of 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The part has 2μA current flowing through it in the quiescent state. There is a standard Gates logic device here. A 50pF load capacitance is present in the part. It is packed with the industry TAPE AND REEL method. A 5V power supply is specified in the datasheet for this part. Totally, there are 4 elements used for operation. There is a specified operating supply voltage for the chip of 5V volts. When the device is operating in a temperature environment higher than that of 125°C, it should be turned off. The part should operate at -55°C degrees according to test statistics. In normalsituations, users should not supply voltages higher than 5.5V to the device. It is recommended to use 4.5V as the lowest voltage for the part. Parts with 2 input lines perform better. There is 4mA output current rated.
