CDC7005RGZT Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
