In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 14 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input.
