CDCM7005RGZT Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVPECL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 1.5GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel.
