CHL8214-09CRT Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 5. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with PWM dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 3.3V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in a 0°C~85°C dc switcher before. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz~1.2MHz. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable.
