CHL8325A-05CRT Overview


In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 5. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle PWM dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 3.3V. Workable in an dc switcher where -20°C~85°C TA is the -20°C~85°C TArm. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz~1.2MHz. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Power Good.
