To save board space, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used.For telecommunications equipment packing, the Tube method is used.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.An 1-circuit makes up this telecom IC .The supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V can increase efficiency.-40°C~110°C is a temperature setting that is reliable when telecom switching comes to performance.Surface Mount is mounted on telecom switching.The telecom interface has 16 pins.Telecom equipment operates wit h a supply current of 1.3mA.Telecom product operates with the supply voltage of 5V to provide much flexibility for designers.The supply current of 1.3mA allows designers to have a great deal of flexibility.Normal operation is ensured by setting -40°C to a minimum value.To ensure normal operation, 110°C is set at maximum.Telecommunications device is recommended that at least 4.5V voltage be supplied.The voltage supplied should be lower than 5.5V.Normal operation requires a supply current of 1μA.As far as resistance is concerned, it can work with a resistance of 100Ohm.
