Board space can be saved by using the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Packing is done according to the Tube method.Mounting type Surface Mount is used.A 1 circuit is the heart of this telecom IC .A higher supply voltage for 4.5V~5.5V will improve efficiency.A -40°C~110°C-temperature setting offers reliable performance.Surface Mount is mounted on telecom switching.20 pins are present on this telecom interface.The current supply is 700μA.To offer designers much flexibility, it is powered by 5V voltage.Designed to work with the supply current of 700μA, it provides designers with a great deal of flexibility.As a precaution, the temperature is set at a minimum value of -40°C in order to ensure normal operation.It is necessary to set the temperature at the maximum value of 110°C for the telecom IC to function normally.At least 4.5V voltage should be supplied.5.5V should be lower than the voltage supplied.Normal operation requires that the supply current be kept at 1μA.This telecommunication product can work with 110Ohm-resistances.
