A 48-LQFP package is provided to save space. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). Due to the fact that this part is of the type Audio, AC '97, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type.
