It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.3V~20V. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. There is 8-SOIC dc dc controller package associated with this part.
