With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. 7.7V~20V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 400kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
