In the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 4.5V~14V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. There is a switch at 150kHz~750kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Frequency Control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . A variety of 14 terminations are available in dc switching.
