CS80C286-12 Overview


Since the microprocessor is packed in PLCC, shipping overseas is convenient. High reliability is achieved using advanced packaging method Bulk. The type MICROPROCESSOR belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. There are 68 terminations totally. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 5V. In terms of architecture, it is a 16-Bit system. At 12.5MHz, the CPU operates. For functions of 68 pins, please refer to the datasheets. This microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. Generally, data transfer takes place at a rate of 16b bandwidth. Temperatures above 70°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. Embedded microprocessor bodies are injected with 68 pins.
