CY2213ZXC-1T Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V.
