In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
