CY2303SXC Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 8 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V.
