CY2304SC-1 Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A maximum temperature of 220 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
