A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
