CY2308SXI-1 Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 16 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V.
