A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tube-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
