CY2309CSXI-1HT Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVTTL, which is designed to be the clock source. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133.33MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.6V. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V.
