The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVTTL as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part.
