As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVTTL.
