CY25422FSXIT Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. In this case, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. 4 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 166MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There should be 1.65V~1.95V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here. It is a 8-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. PF synthesizers is equipped with 8 pins. The maximum supply voltage that analog clock generator can handle is 1.8V. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 3 signal outputs. A supply current of 12mA is required to fully operate clock PLL. This is a 2-element clock generator with low jitter performance.
