Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V.
