CY25823ZXCT Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 16 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVTTL as its input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
