CY29775AXI Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 52-TQFP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 52 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
