CY2XP22ZXC Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. 125MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock generator ic works with 2.375V~3.465V.
