CY2XP22ZXIT Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 125MHz maximum. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. As long as there are 2.375V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVPECL logic levels.
