32-LCC (J-Lead) is the package in which FIFO memory chip is contained.It comes in a Tube package.There is a memory of 2.25K 256 x 9 available for storing data and applications.It is recommended that the temperature be regulated to 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.This FIFO memory has a mounting type of Surface Mount .A voltage supply of 4.5V~5.5V is needed to operate it.The CY7C series contains this memory logic.A maximum operating supply current of 85mA is provided by this FIFO products.If the supply voltage is set to 5V , high efficiency can be achieved.I found that it has 32 terminations in FIFO means.This gadget can also be used to generate RETRANSMIT .FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage is set to 5.5V .Maintain the supply voltage (Vsup) above 4.5V for normal operation.
