32-LCC (J-Lead) is a package that contains FIFO memory chip.Tube case is used for packaging.Apps and data can be stored in the 2.25K 256 x 9 memory of the FIFO chip.It is recommended that the temperature be regulated to 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.A mounting type of Surface Mount is associated with the FIFO memory.For operation, a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is used.It is a member of the CY7C series .65mA is the FIFO's maximum operating supply current.When the supply voltage is 5V , high efficiency is possible.FIFO means contains 32 terminations.It is also possible to generate RETRANSMIT by using this FIFO memory.The FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage is set to 5.5V .The supply voltage (Vsup) should remain above 4.5V to ensure normal operation.
