Due to the benefits of saving space, it is available in the 64-LQFP package. It is mounted using the way of Surface Mount. It comes in a Tray package. A ARM? Cortex?-M0 core processor powers the device. When working, it is recommended that the temperature be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. FLASH has been assigned to it as a program memory.
