DG200ADY Overview


The electrical component comes in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. 14 terminations have been made so far. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 14 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NC switching circuits. There are 2 circuits in this multiplexer. Try searching for the analog switch ic with DG200A if you are looking for variants. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 70Ohm. For details about the functions of 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The analog multiplexer shown here is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Users shouldn't supply more than 36V voltage to the switch device. An effective Dual supply digital multiplexer. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 9V. The switch device would be able to operate with 180μA current. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 500μA. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 18V. With dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V. In this switch multiplexer, there are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs available. 15V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component.
