DG309DY-T1 Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. A total of 16 pins are injected into the electrical part body. SPST - NC switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. Analog switches have 85Ohm internal resistance. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. Multiplexers should not be powered above 36V in normal situations. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 13V. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 10μA. If put voltage greater than 22V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. A dual power supply should have at least 7V voltage attached. There are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this analog switch ic. This electrical part is compatible with 15V operating voltages. It is possible to operate 4 inputs.
