DG333ALDW-T1-E3 Overview


Due to its 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 2:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 20. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Dual, Single supply. There should be 5V voltage fed to the electrical part below 5V. For this multiplexer to operate, 1μA current would be sufficient. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1μA, damage can occur. If put voltage greater than 22V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. When using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4V. There is 45Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part. The analog switch ics includes 8 outputs.
