DG401DY Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature.
