DG401DY-T1 Overview


Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 1:1 represents the number of circuits. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 1 channels. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. This electronic part can be found in the 16 series. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO switching circuits. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 45Ohm. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. Multiplexers should not be powered above 36V in normal situations. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 13V. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 7V. There are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this analog switch ic.
