DG405CY Overview


The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 2:1. An extended operating temperature of 0°C~70°C TA degrees Celsius. The total number of terminations is 16. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 15V, it should be turned on and run. This electrical component is included in the 16 series of products. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 45Ohm. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 30V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. 10V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. 10nA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 1μA. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 20V. The voltage should be at least 4.5V if you are using dual power supplies. In this switch multiplexer, there are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs available. The electrical part can be operated at 18V voltage levels.
