DG409DY Overview


Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 4:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. There are 16 terminations totally. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 4 channels. Electronic part bodies are injected with 16 pins. SP4T switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 100Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 44V to the switch device in normal circumstances. An effective Dual, Single supply digital multiplexer. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 13V. If you put voltage higher than 500μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. If put voltage greater than 20V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. In the case of dual power supplies, you should connect at least 5V. There is an integrated analog IC DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER in the module. This electrical part is compatible with 36V operating voltages. The electrical component supports 8 inputs.
