DG413DYZ Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOIC. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. In the case of a voltage supply of 15V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 35Ohm. You can find the functions of the 16 pins in the datasheets. The analog multiplexer shown here is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Multiplexers should not be powered above 40V in normal situations. An effective Dual, Single supply digital multiplexer. It is recommended to use 5V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 100pA current. Put voltage above 5μA on the multiplexer to cause damage. If put voltage greater than 20V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. When using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 5V. In this switch multiplexer, there are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs available. The 4 inputs need to be operated in order to work. Temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius should not be operated by the multiplexer. A Drain to Source resistance of 25mOhm is shown for this electronic part.
