DG413HSAZ/883 Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. 1:1 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operational temperature extended around -55°C~125°C TA. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. It consists of 4 circuits. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 35Ohm.
