DG417LDY+T Overview


Packed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. 1:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there have been 8 terminations. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. In the case of a voltage supply of 15V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. A key feature of the 8 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. Based on SPST - NC switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. The multiplexer consists of 1 circuits. Search with DG417L if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. This digital multiplexer has 100Ohm internal resistance. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 36V to the switch device in normal circumstances. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. 9V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. If you put voltage higher than 75μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 20V. The voltage should be at least 4.5V if you are using dual power supplies. The electronic component can function from 18V.
