DG418BDY-T1 Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. A voltage of 20V can be used to operate the electronic component.
