Due to its 18-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 4:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. By its 2 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. Multiplexers built on a SP4T switching circuit are built. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. It has an internal resistance of 100Ohm. normally, users should not supply switches with voltages higher than 36V. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. It is recommended to use 13V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. Putting voltage greater than 100μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. With dual power supplies, you should attach at least 7V. An environment with a temperature greater than 85°C should not be used to operate the digital switches. There is 100Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part. Suppliers offer the 18-SOIC W package.
