DG442DJZ Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in PDIP, making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Bulk. 16 terminations have been made so far. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 160Ohm. The datasheets for the 16 pins explain the functions. A analogue multiplexer of this type is a Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 40V. The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. There should be 5V voltage fed to the electrical part below 5V. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 15μA current. Putting voltage greater than 100μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 20V. You should attach at least 5V voltage if you are using dual power supply. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. 28V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part. A temperature above 85°C is not suitable for operation of the analogue multiplexer. There is 50Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part. It can conduct 4-bit signals.
