DG442LDY Overview


Due to its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16. This electrical component is included in the 16 series of products. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO switching circuits. There is 30Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. There is a standard Multiplexer or Switches analogue multiplexer here. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 12V volts for the multiplexer. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Dual, Single supply. 2.7V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. The switch multiplexer may be damaged if it is exposed to voltage greater than 1μA. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 6V. It is recommended that you attach at least 3V to your dual power supply. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer. Operating 4 inputs is required.
