DG444DY-E3 Overview


Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. Totally, there are 16 terminations. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NC switching circuits. Search with DG444 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 85Ohm. You can find the functions of the 16 pins in the datasheets. The analog multiplexer shown here is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 36V to the switch device in normal circumstances. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Dual, Single supply. A low voltage of 13V should be applied to the electronic component. For this digital switch to work, 5μA current would suffice. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. The voltage should be at least 7V if you are using dual power supplies. The 4 inputs need to be operated in order to work. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 50Ohm ohms.
