DG445ETE+ Overview


The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-WQFN Exposed Pad. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. A electrical component with 1 channels is capable of high-quality output. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 10V, it should be turned on and run. A total of 16 pins are injected into the electrical part body. Multiplexers built on a SPST - NO switching circuit are built. 4 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with DG445. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 160Ohm. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 30V. Analogue multiplexer with a Dual, Single supply type that is cost-effective. There should be 10V voltage fed to the electrical part below 10V. For this switch, a dual supply voltage is feasible, but it must not exceed 20VIf you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V.
